There are no new data to update the probable hydrologic consequences <br />discussion in Section 2.05.6 as it pertains to the hydrologic impact of mining on <br />Terror Creek and the irrigation ditches that feed off of it. <br />6. There are no new data to update the probable hydrologic consequences <br />discussion in Section 2.05-6 as it pertains to the hydrologic impact of mining <br />through the fault. <br />7. BRL has obtained bids for the pipeline installation. The pipeline should be <br />installed from the mine portal to D-Gulch within 90-days. <br />Text and Maas <br />8. Enclosed are revised pages 2.05-4 & 4i. BRL decided to drive five rock entries <br />into the west pod instead of three entries and two shafts. Additionally, three <br />probe holes were drilled into the fault from the west mains. Based on this <br />drilling, the fault has been characterized as damp to dry. These changes were <br />worked into the narrative on pages 4 & 4i. <br />9. A short list of maps with the revised permit boundary are enclosed since the <br />permit boundary is to be revised again by the loadout permit revision. The <br />enclosed table of contents for Volume II Maps indicates which maps show the <br />correct permit boundary. <br />10. Maps 9, 14 and 27 are enclosed. They show the mine plan. <br />11. Updated Maps 14 and 27 are enclosed. They show the current extent of the <br />underground mine workings. <br />12. The Curencanti-Rifle transmission line was added to Map 27, Subsidence. <br />13. Map 4a, Soils - NRCS/USES ,was updated to show soil types in the lands <br />proposed for inclusion into the permit. Section 2.04.9 should not need to be <br />updated. Rule 2.04.9 only requires soils information for those portions of the <br />permit area to be disturbed by surtace operations and facilities. <br />Rioht-of-Entry <br />14. BRL decided to route the permit boundary around the land owned by William G. <br />Hughes. <br />15-19 No comment required. <br />20. The original submittal of this permit revision brought one new gob vent borehole <br />into the permit boundary. BRL wants to take this opportunity to add one <br />additional gob vent borehole on the west side of the property. The two <br />
