DMG will inspect the construction of the canal sometime in the next few months.
Remember that post construction submittal of an engineer's certification and as-built report is required. If
construction is not completed this year, DMG will require a report describing how the construction site is
prepared for winter and spring snowmelt. Until Permit Amendment AM-OS is approved, construction must be
limited to the current approved and bonded area of affected land.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Smc /Aly,
~j
Allen C.
