Therefore, no exposure of ground water should be placed on [he mine. The proposed ~era[ion will consume ground water by t/ evaporatio , _ dust control, reclamation,~andwater removed in the mined product. Prior to initiation of these uses of ground water, the applicant will need to obtain a gravel well permit. Prior to obtaining a permit, au approved water supply plan or a decreed plan for augmentation will be required. The apphcan[ has indicated plans to use other wa[ei for uses at the gravel pit or for storage in the gravel pit. The applicant will need [o provide evidence [o [his office that the water is permitted or decreed for such uses. Prior to approving a gravel well permit, the apphcan[ will need a wavier of objection from well owners within 600 feet or request a hearing before the State Engineer. The proposed operation may have potential impact on existing water rights near the project location. Please provide evidence [ha[ the proposed project will not alter or impact the historic operation of the existing water rights.
