Permit Numbers M- <br />Denison Mines (USA) Corp. requests a technical revision to the 112 Permits for the five mines located in the <br />Sunday Mine Complex, the Sunday, West Sunday, St. Jude, Carnation and Topaz Mines in San Miguel County, <br />Colorado. Currently there are five Reclamation Permits issued by the Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining, and Safety (DBMS) for these five mines; a l 12 permit that covers affected lands from [he Sunday Mine <br />(Permit M-1977-285), a 112 Permit that covers affected lands from the West Sunday (M-1981-021), a l 10 <br />permit that covers affected lands from the Carnation Mine (M-1977-416), a 110 permit that covers affected <br />lands from the St. Jude (M-1978-039-HR), and a 110 Permit for affected lands from the Topaz Mine (M-1980- <br />O55) (currently being converted to a l 12 Permit), The Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management <br />(BLM) has requested that the Seed Mixture in the table below be used for reclamation activities at the Sunday <br />Mine Complex. <br />BLM Approved Reclamation Seed Mixture <br />_ <br />Gommon'Name <br />: S ciesNiime '. <br />ariet :i ;, <br />`.
