We
appeared before the Board at the hearings in November 1995 and
on April 24, 1996. Our main concerns then were lack of permits,
stormwater control, blasting conditions, dust and excessive
truck traffic.
On October 11, 1996, we inadvertently discovered that tl~e
current Amendment Application to Permit #M-77-193 had been filed
in the County Clerk's office as of August 27 and had been si<~ned
by Mr. Ed Tezak in June 1996. We learned from the office of
Minerals and Geology that this application was accepted by them
on October 10, 1996. This gave us some concern that the copy in
the Clerk's office (for public review) might not be complete.
It had been on file there since August 27 with no new materiel
added after that date.
In review of the public copy, we note:
A. The Fremont County Conditional Use Permit, as
reproduced in the Amendment Application, is in-
complete. It has omitted reference to
RESOLUTION 95-52 - (A) RESOLUTION ADOFTiNG
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS CONCERNING VIOLATIONS
OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 88-4 FOR DESIGNATION
FOR TEZAK HEAVY EQUIPMENT CO., INC., Dated
Nov. 19, 1995. This RESOLUTION provides clarifi-
cation of the original CUP and adds new
regulations to it.
