Officer information and associated
items which have been submitted with the PR are incorporated into this renewal
application by reference in order to avoid redundancy. As discussed, this course
seems to be the most logical in light of the projected time-frames for approval
associated with both the Permit Revision and this renewal application. Material which
has been submitted with the pending Permit Revision reflects the most up-to-date
information, and duplication of the material does not seem warranted at this point.
Should the Permit Revision containing the referenced information be denied, TCC will
re-submit the pertinent information by means of a revision.
Enclosed page Ex 14-71a1, Exhibit 14 Table C (Fish Creek AVF Hydrology Monitoring
Programl, and Map 13A (Hydrologic Monitoring Program) have been revised to reflect
the change in monitoring station ID codes on Fish Creek. The balance of the permit
items have been previously addressed, either by means of the midterm review or
within the Permit Revision #2 application and responses.
•
