This <br />inspection is conducted annually in conjunction with the Division's regular inspections <br />conducted under Rules 5.02.2(1) and (2). The intent of the Bond Compliance Inspection <br />is to document any remaining conditions of the mine that would require additional <br />reclamation. <br />I have been unable to locate the letter we discussed on June 6, 1996. To reaffirm the <br />content of that letter, no comments or requests for a hearing were received by the Division <br />within the 30-day public comment period, which closed on April 27, 1996.
