Our <br />complaint, in part, dealt with subsidence damage to our home and property located in Las <br />Animas County, Colorado. <br />Director Long, Departrnent of Natural Resources, Division of Mineral and <br />Geology- was placed on notice in July 1998 that the decision of DMG was inaccurate. <br />Several letters were addressed to Mr. Long, however no responses were ever received. <br />The issues addressed in the citizens complaint were also part of a lawsuit, styled Jim and <br />Ann Tatum vs. Basin Resources, Inc.; Cause No. 92- CV 127; District Court, Las Animas <br />County, Colorado. An order was entered in this cause of action on December 1, 1997. <br />Enclosed is a copy of same. <br />:~i:'.a5:.
