As a result of <br />that conference, a proposed Settlement Agreement upholding the violation and modifying the <br />proposed civil penalty was prepared on February 8, 1994, and sent to the Division Director <br />for signature. On March 17, 1994, the Division Director reversed the decision of the <br />Assessment Conference Officer, and elected to vacate NOV C-93-152. <br />Please fmd enclosed for your files the documents pertaining to this action.
