I, Chris Freeman, do hereby upon my oath certify that I posted a sign
containing the attached Posted Notice for the permit area known as the
Yankee Gulch Sodium Mineral Project, Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Board, Reclamation Permit No. M-99-002 on the 1st day of August,
2000. This notice was posted at the mine site and was of sufficient size
and in sufficient number to clearly identify the site as the location effected
by American Soda LLP's Application for Technical Revision which is the
subject of the attached Posted Notice. This posting was performed in
accordance with Rule 1.6.2(1 ](b] of the Mineral Rules and Regulations of
the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard Rock, Metal and
Designated Mining Operations.
