All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and <br />Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The revision provides a demonstration to show that vegetation at the mine site <br />is adequate in order to control erosion. MINREC, Inc. would like to eliminate <br />sedimentation control at the Red Canyon Mine. The revision demonstrates that <br />runoff from the site will meet effluent limitations. <br />The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations located <br />five miles northwest of Cedaredge, Colorado, in portions of Sections 2, 11, <br />12, 13, & 14, Township 135, Range 95W. <br />The a'oove-mentioned tracts of land are sho:~r, on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br />of Cedaredge, Colorado. A copy of the technical revision application is <br />available for public inspection at the Delta County Courthouse, 5th & Palmer, <br />Delta, CO.
