Identification of Interest
Barb, I received the new identification of interest information
from Eastside Coal Company (C-84-063). I have a few concerns that
must be addressed prior to issuance of the permit and the AVS
decision check.
1. Eastside Coal Company submitted names of officers and
directors associated with Eastside Coal Company, Western
Associated Energy Corporation and Abraxas Petroleum
Corporation. The operator did not state the person's
position, address and telephone number of the given officers
and directors.
Per Rule 2.03.4(3), for each person who owns or controls the
applicant under the definition of "owned or controlled" and
"owns and controls" in 1.04(83a), as applicable:
(a) The person's name, address, social security number
and employer identification number;
(b) The person's ownership or control relationship to
the applicant, including percentage of ownership and
location in organization structure;
(c) The title of the person's position date position
was assumed, and when submitted under 2.07.7(5), date of
departure from the position.
Please have the operator list the title of the person's
position, address and phone number for Eastside Coal Company,
Western Associated Energy Corporation and Abraxas Petroleum
Corporation on page 9B. This information must be submitted
and entered into the Applicant Violator System (AVS) prior to
the AVS decision check.
