Long <br />Dmsion O~recror <br />Thank you for a speaking with me today about the water leak situation at your properly, and about the <br />pending Basin Resources bond release application. As agreed, I will visi[ your property to view the water <br />leak on October 24, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. I may have Kent Gorham with me during the inspection. 1 will try <br />to contact you prior to my departure from Denver to confirm that you were able to contact your property <br />manager and notify him of this plan. <br />With regard to the pending bond release inspection arrangements, i understand that you will notify me as to <br />whether you prefer to join DMG for an additional inspection to discuss your objections to the bond release, <br />or whether you prefer to convey your objection issues by written correspondence. <br />I appreciate your agreement that it is appropriate for DMG to communicate with the Ciry of Trinidad <br />regazding the water leak, and we will contact Jim Fernandez (City of Trinidad) to obtain the project status <br />and a copy of the leak repair order that was conveyed to your property manager. 1 will forward a copy of <br />the letter to you if we aze successful m obtaining the letter. I also appreciate your commitment to apprise <br />me of the time that will be arranged for the plumbing repair job, and far your agreement that I may be <br />present during the work. We will endeavor to be present, but we may not be able to attend. Regardless, it is <br />best that you proceed with the repair as soon as possible. If you can effect [he repair prior my October 24, <br />2000 inspection, [hen please proceed with the repair. We also discussed the idea that you may benefit by <br />having a represen[ative present during the repair to document the cause of the leak and the subsequent <br />repair activities. <br />Finally, you asked for my assurance that you will receive copies of all documents generated by DMG as we <br />proceed with any matters involving your objections to the bond release and your notice of complaint. We <br />will copy you on all such documenu. <br />Thank you again for speaking with me and for your assistance.
