The Division is reviewing the
submittal and will have a decision by November 18, 1993.
The Division does have one comment at this time. In the
submittal, it is stated that the culvert will be removed during
periods of heavy precipitation. However, if the heavy
precipitation occurs during the night, then there would be no one
to remove the culvert until the morning, after the damage would
have been done.
Therefore, the Division would like the operator
removing the culvert at the end of each day of
during periods of heavy precipitation. Please
submittal description page, committing to this.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
. D,,~~
seph J.
