Long <br />Division Direcbr <br />On February 6, 1998 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Conversion application <br />submitted to the Division on August 27, 1997, addressing the following: <br />The application is to convert this to a 50-acre 112 permit. Operations and reclamation will be <br />carried out the same as for the 110 permit. 10 acres will be the maximum disturbance for active <br />mitring, with 5 acres being reclaimed at a time, for a total of 15 acres. Operations will not affect <br />the northwest 25 acres of the total permitted 50-acre area. <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M-89-030.
