The ac tions that were to have been completed no later than <br />October 15, 1990 are still open and include the following: <br />Submit a transfer of coal permit and succession of operators application <br />in accordance with Rule 2.08.6. (Enclosed .is another copy of <br />u e <br />2. Submit a list of identified interests in accordance with Rules 2.03.4 and-- <br />2.03.5. (These rules are also enclose <br />3. Replace and increase the current reclamation bond of 510,000 to $41,600. <br />Actions that were to have been completed by November 1, 1990: <br />1. Submit a completed technical revision to resolve items 2-10 in Section IV <br />of the Januar~6; T9'9'6'?~Ti~' erm eview (attached). <br />The Division received a request for transfer of coal permit and succession of <br />operators on October 18, 1990, however, since there was no proof that the <br />performance bond had been transferred and increased, the Division cannot <br />proceed any further with the request. Additionally to approve the request, <br />the identification of all interests must be made to insure all concerned <br />parties are cleared through the Office of Surface Mining's Applicant Violator <br />System (AYS). <br />
