The following is our reply to the problems
noted in your report.
The empty 55-gallon drums were cut into pieces and shipped
to our Grand Junction facility for proper disposal. The buckets
were emptied and cleaned out into our waste container for pickup
by a licensed disposal company. The buckets were then reused in
the field in our paving operation. The buckets are made of
plastic and are not prone to rusting.
All containers that are temporarily stored on site will be
properly labeled, stored ofF the ground, and surrounded by a low
berm incase of a spill.
Should you have any questions concerning corrective actions,
please let us know.
Yours very truly,
ELAM CONSTRU INC.
Bill Arrasmith
Aspen Area Manager
BA:wh
