See the attached <br />map. <br />Rule 3.1.6(1)(a) Resolved <br />Rule 3.1.6(I)(b) We are currently working with the EPA to resolve this issue. Please note that Red <br />Canyon, LLC is not th violation. Therefore, the approval of this Amendment <br />should not be delayed since this Rule does not apply at this time. <br />Rule 3. ].6Q)(c) As stated in the W.W. Wheeler report the culvert size will be 60" circular or 44" <br />x 72" arch culverts a minimum of 40' in length with 60' length being typical. The <br />quantity is two. Rip rap will be installed at the ends of the culverts to control <br />water channeling and the culverts will remain in place. <br />Rule 3.1.6(3) Dormant growth medium stockpiles will be seeded with an approved grass <br />species. <br />Rule 3.1.10 The approximate length of the fire lanes is 4000 If x 10' in width and this will <br />change as necessary. All fire lanes and mining outside ofthe temporary TAA will <br />not be done until the development of a HCP and ITP, if necessary. All mining <br />and activities will comply with the Endangered Species Act. The approximate <br />length and location of fire lanes will be coordinated with the State Land Board <br />and with NU. Robert Stack, land owners. Roads outside of the permit area will be <br />on Mr. Robert Stack's property. Maintenance of the fire lanes will be done by <br />road grader, loader or dozer. When the roads are no longer needed, they will be <br />reclaimed and added to the affected land. <br />473-3100 • Fex 473-3109 <br />
