The proposal is based on the assessment conference held <br />in our office on October 27, 1992. In addition to you and me, individuals <br />present at the conference were Scott Williams, Curt Belden, Tom Wainright, and <br />Chuck McCulloh of Peabody, and Susan Morrison and Larry Routten of the <br />Division. If you agree with the settlement agreements, please sign it and <br />return i- to our office as instructed on the form. If you disagree, do not <br />sign the form.
