Pit will <br />be mined by conventional methods. Pit will be dry and isolated from adjoining drainageways. C hing, screening <br />and asphalt production are approved. Reclamation is to rangeland. <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Per <br />All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-84-025 remain in full force and etTect. <br />The estimated liability amount for the Stage Stop Pit is $55,081.00. If you have not already done <br />additional bond in the amount of $31,731.00.
