The primary focus of the letter pertains to the monitoring program elements and frequency during
the planned tracer test, Tor which Water Management Consultants, Inc. is currently finalizing the design and
procedures. The basis for the tracer design is being developed from an analytical solute transport simulation
to estimate tracer arrival time and required initial concentration levels for the test. Upon ccmpletion nt this
evaluation, the tracer test design and procedures will provide the basis for establishing monitoring
requirements. The design is currently being finalized by W MCI.
As the tracer tesT design forms the basis for the related monitoring requirements, I am requesting that our
comments on monitoring requirements be outlined along with the final tracer design documentation which will
be submitted to your office for review by The end of this week (week of May 18).
Thank you for your time and attention on this matter.
