The revision is provided to <br />update/correct the APPLICATION FORM RENEWAL OF A VALID, EXISTING PERMIT TO <br />CONDUCT MINING IN COLORADO. <br />Included in this submittal package is the following item: <br />Application Form Renewal of a Valid, Existing Permit to Conduct Mining in Colorado <br />(pages 2 through 6). <br />Changes to the Renewal form consist of three (3) components: <br />I . The correspondence information has been updated to reflect personnel changes within P&M <br />and at the Mine; <br />2. The number of private surface acres within the permit azea has been corrected -reduced by <br />43.5 acres. This change reflects the higher degree of accuracy obtained by employing <br />vectored aerial photo-imagery and computer-aided drafting techniques for azea estimation in <br />lieu ofnon-vectored aerial imagery and hand planimeter techniques for azea estimation as <br />was performed in the past, and; <br />3. The acreage which has achieved Phase I bond release. <br />
