As agreed, I will visit your property to view the water leak on October 24, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. l ntay have Kent Gorham with me during the inspection. I will try to contact you prior to my departure from Denver to confirm that you were able to contact your property manager and notify him of [his plan. With regard to the pending bond release inspection arrangements, I understand that you will notify me as to whether you prefer to join DMG for an additional inspection to discuss your objections to the bond release, or whether you prefer to convey your objection issues by written correspondence. I appreciate your agreement [ha[ i[ is appropriate for DMG to communicate with [he City of Trinidad regarding [he water leak, and we will contact Jim Fernandez (City of Trinidad) to obtain the project status and a copy of the leak repair order that was conveyed to your property manager. 1 will forward a copy of the letter to you if we are successful in obtaining [he letter. 1 also appreciate your commitment to apprise me of the time that will be arranged for [he plumbing repair job, and for your agreement that 1 may be present during the work. We will endeavor to be present, but we may not be able to attend. Regardless, it is best that you proceed with the repair as soon as possible. If you can effect the repair prior my October 24, 2000 inspection, then please proceed with the repair. We also discussed the idea that you may benefit by having a representative present during the repair to document the cause of the leak and [he subsequent repair activities. Finally, you asked for my assurance that you will receive copies of all documents generated by DMG as we proceed with any matters involving your objections to the bond release and your notice of complaint.
