Endangered Species Impacted <br />None known. Some Golden eagles winter in the area but there are no known <br />nests. <br />7. Assessment of Mining Impact on Wildlife <br />The noise and activity associated with this operation will displace some <br />mule deer into adjacent habitat. <br />8. Proposed Mitigation Measures, Including Reclamation for Wildlife Habitat. <br />Slope all disturbed areas to 3 to 1 or less where possible.
