After initial contacts with and provision of <br />additional materials to Ms. Melody Miller and Mr. Chris Kloster of CDOW Durango, the <br />Durango CDOW office has not provided concurrence with our proposed reclamation and <br />revegetation plan, despite several phone calls over the past three weeks. As CDOW has <br />not provided any concurrence with the plan and does not reply to our calls, we aze <br />concluding that they have no further input or comment on the plan. We would request <br />that CDMG conclude the same, and accept our plan for revegetation of the pinyon- <br />juniperwoodland azeas. <br />Please contact me if CDMG has received any comments form CDOW regazding the <br />revegetation plan. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael S.
