We believe that we have completed <br />requirements of the Act with respect to pan of the Affected Lands at Munroe Quarry. Permit Number M- <br />77-002. <br />All reclamation requirements of the permit have been satisfied in accordance with Rule 6 of the <br />reclamation performance standards. <br />Two areas totaling approximately 3 acres (as shown on the attached map and photographs) were <br />reclaimed beginning in 1991-92. Areas were cleared and graded, topsoil replaced, fertilizer added, and <br />seeded with the min as recommended by the Soil Conservation Senrice for future use of the site for <br />rangeland. Erosion and sediment controls were installed and maintained, and additional fertilization was <br />performed during the revegetation process. In addition, suggestions made by your o6ce during their visit <br />Iasi year, such as installing fences to control grazing, were implemented.
