Instead of
revegetation, the plan will be for landowner to expand his stone processing area, changing it
from range to light industrial use. The area is presently level and unrevegetated, so it may be
regarded as 'reclaimed' by this revised post-mining land use.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit
No. M-79-089. All other conditions and requvements of Permit No. M-79-089 remain in full force and
effect.
Please be reminded that this 7.6-acre area is still part of the permit area, and as such, all mining-related
disturbance thereon is to remain bonded and liable for reclamation. The adjustment to the bond for this
land use change will be handled as a separate permit action.
If you have any questions, please contact me. - -
Sincerely,
~~'I}~l
~j~ Bob Oswald
Environmental Protection Specialist
M: ~OSS~S M ElT EM %M R V 01089.
