Twin Canyon Mine, Permit No. M-83-030.
Dear Mr. Potts:
Thank you for your response to DMG 2/22/96 adequacy letter for TR-01. DMG received
your response, dated 3/12/96, on 3/13/96. Your response contained a request for DMG
to provide on-site assistance with the plans and a request for 30 day extension to DMG
decision due date. DMG decision due date has been extended to 4/i 6/96, as requested.
DMG will provide on-site assistance with the plans required in TR-01. Please notify
DMG of the date and time of the requested on-site meeting.
Please find enclosed, copy of DMG inter-office memo regarding the ore assay previously
provided to DMG.
