SEDCAD+ INPUT PARAMETERS COMMON TO ONE OR <br />MORE AREAS <br />3.1 Rainfall Depth <br />'Ilte rainfall depth fora 10-year, 24-hour storm event was determined to be 1.90 inches; the rainfall depth for <br />a 100-year, 24-hour storm event was determined to be 2.8 inches (National Oceanic and Atmospheric <br />Administration (NOAA) Atlas 2, Precipitation - Frequenry Alas of the Western United States, Volume III - <br />Colorado, & Previous Reports]. <br />3.2 Land Use Condition (LUC) <br />LUC values are consistently applied as follows (reference SEDCAD+ guide): <br />For undisturbed portions of the watershed, overland flow: 2 (woodland). <br />For 611 slopes, overland flow: 5 (nearly bare). <br />For o[her than overland bow and for ditch flow: 7. <br />4.
