Smith Pit #5, Permit No. M-1981-309, Succession of Operators Approval, County Operator to Private <br />Operator, Revision No. SO-i L__ <br />Dear Mr. Champ: <br />On July 11, 2006, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the succession of operators from <br />Washington County for this operation. <br />On December 16, 2002, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety requested a Performance Warranty for this <br />operation. To date, a Performance Warranty for this operation has not been received by the Division. Therefore, no <br />Performance Warranty is enclosed with this letter. <br />Mason King is now the permitted operator of the V.F.
