Action taken by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board at their June 26,
1985 meeting in Paonia was to grant your request for a continuance of
consideration of civil penalties for these two sites for personal (family)
reasons.
Pursuant to CRS 34-32-123 and CRS 34-32-124, you are hereby given notice that
a hearing has been scheduled pursuant to the "State Administrative Procedures
Act" (APA), article 4 of title 24, CRS for July 24-25, 1985 in Room 110 of
1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado. Please contact this office the
afternoon of July 22, 1985 to determine which day and the approximate time
this matter will be considered.
All other aspects of the two enclosed notices remain the same. Please be
advised that these enclosed notices were sent to the address we have used in
