~~ <br />i <br />..s <br />Submit a complete 112 Construction <br />1998. This has been done. <br /> <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Application by September 18, <br />2. The operator shall post an interim reclamation bond in the amount of $37,750.00 by November <br />21, 1998 for the disturbed area of 17.7 acres <br />3. Secure an approved Construction ivlaterial (l 12) Extraction Permit by December 18, 1998 if no <br />objections are received and by January 16, 1999 if objections are received. <br />4. Provide a sufficient bond within 30 days of application approval. <br />5. Clearly mark proposed boundaries with durable markers. <br />6. Pay to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, a civil penalty in the amount of $5,000.00 <br />$466.20 of this amount shall be due and payahle within 30 days of receipt of this Board <br />Order and $4,533.80 shall be suspended if all board ordered corrective actions are <br />completed within the required time frames. <br />In clarification of the rights of recipients of Notices of Violation, parties aze advised to consult the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act and the State Administrative Procedure Act. <br />Nothing herein contained, particularly those portions requiring certain acts to be performed within a <br />certain time, shall be construed as a permit or license to engage in any prospecting or mining operations <br />within the State. <br />Persons concerned with judicial review of the provisions of this Order are advised to consult C.R.S. 24-9- <br />106, as amended. <br />Dated at Denver this Z'S~day of , 19 ~g. <br />COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES <br />9 <br />B.
