' • •
group includes the following mining claims: the White Cloud, Wynona, Columbus, Cy Eaton,
Eugene, Fitzsimmon, Franklin, Hazel A., Hercules, John G., Keystone State ('s interest),
Time, and Trumbo patented lode claims and the Amikay, Jo Anne, Yacolo, Gold View No. 1,
Gold View No. 2, and Gold View No. 3 unpatented lode claims. Although these patented and
unpatented mining claims are in a contiguous parcel, the permitted Cash and Who Do mines
are separated and apart from the White Cloud and Wynona mine claim group which makes up
the permitted Gold Hill Millsite and tailing disposal facility.
Once COM, Inc. finally obtains an approved, separate permit for the Gold Hill Mill,
Mi Vida Enterprises intends to operate the Cash and Who Do mines without Colina Oro
Molina's involvement or interference. Mi Vida Enterprises does not want to be engaged in a
mining operation on any property that it shares responsibility for environmental permit
compliance with Colina Oro Molina. Therefore, the plans for Mi Vida Enterprises to operate
the White Cloud and Wynona mines will be held in abeyance until a future date, so that COM,
Inc. can utilize the surface of the claims associated with these two mines. Mi Vida Enterprises
cannot forecast or predict what sort of business relationship it will have in the future with
Colina Oro Molina. However, based upon the past four and one-half years experience, Mi
Vida Enterprises does not want to be joined in any fashion to the fate of the Gold Hill Mill's
Mined Land Reclamation Permit. Please consider this when you review Colina Oro Molina's
application for a Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit for the Gold Hill Mill..
Very truly yours,
`,~ .~
Mark A.
