Receipt of 112 Regular Operation Amendment Application and Exhibits
Dear Mr. McGehee:
On February 17, 1994, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your
112 amendment application for the Hagie Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-91-136.
Initial review determined that the following items must be submitted before
technical review of your application can begin:
Exhibit J - The SCS Reclamation Plan submitted does not include a
narrative of present vegetation types, quantitative estimates, and
principal species of life forms. Please follow instructions per the
enclosed copy for submittal of this exhibit as specified in
Rule 2.1.2(11) of the Mineral Rules and Regulations.

Failure to submit the items listed above by the initial decision date of
May 18, 1994 will result in a decision to deny your application. You may
amend your application by submitting the requested items. In accordance with
Rule 1.5, a new decision date will be established 90 days from the date of
receipt of all requested items. If you have already initiated publication,
you will need to republish notice, after submittal of the information
requested by the Division. A 20 day public comment period from the new date
of newspaper publication is specified.
This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical
deficiencies in your application. The Division will review your application
to determined whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act after
submittal of all required items.
