You may <br />amend your application by submitting the requested items. In accordance with <br />Rule 1.5, a new decision date will be established 90 days from the date of <br />receipt of all requested items. If you have already initiated publication, <br />you will need to republish notice, after submittal of the information <br />requested by the Division. A 20 day public comment period from the new date <br />of newspaper publication is specified. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application.
