<br />CEASE AND DESIST ORDER <br />Based upon these same Findings of Fact and Notice of Violation, and pursuant <br />to the provisions of C.R.S. 34-32-123, the Board hereby orders you to: <br />1. Immediately cease and desist all mining operations. <br />2. Mail, within one (1) day after receipt of this Notice, to the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board, written notice of your compliance with <br />paragraph one (1) of this Cease and Desist Order. <br />3. Complete the following corrective action: Submit a permit application <br />by March 25, 1992 and secure approval of that application and issuance <br />of the permit prior to the May, 1992 meeting of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. <br />4. Pay the Colorado Mined Land <br />amount of $100.00 within 30 <br />document.
