Mr. <br />Hunt commits to the first scenario, that is, the water and <br />settling ponds will not be expanded and the water pond will not <br />have to be backfilled. Hence, there should be no increase in the <br />reclamation bond. <br />As expected, we recently received approval of the water decree by <br />Ray Liesman, Water Referee for Division 1. While the decree <br />still requires the formal approval of the Water Judge, Referee <br />Liesman's approval is almost always confirmed by the Court.
