Secrist <br />U.S. Bureau of Land Management <br />Little Snake Resource Area <br />1280 Industrial Avenue <br />Craig, CO 81625 <br />Re: Colowyo Coal Mine Permit Revision Approval - File No. C-81-019 - PR-O1) <br />Dear Mr. Secrist: <br />Pursuant to Rule 2.07.4C3)(d) of the regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, you are hereby notified that a revision <br />(PR-Ol) to the existing coal mining and reclamation permit was issued to <br />Colowyo Coal Company on June 4, 1992 for the Colowyo Coal Mine. <br />The Colowyo mining operation is located in Moffat County approximately 28 <br />miles southwest of Craig, Colorado, on State Highway 13. <br />The area affected by the permit revision is more specifically described as <br />follows: <br />Township 4 North, Range 93 West, portions of Sections 15, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, <br />33, 34; Township 3 North, Range 93 West, portions of Sections 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, <br />10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22; West of the 6th P.M. <br />A more precise legal description can be found on page 2.03-15 of the permit <br />application.
