If the revision affects federal coal, federal mine <br />plan approval must be obtained unless the requirement is waived by OSI•t. <br />Operations affecting federal coal may not proceed until the federal mine plan <br />approval, if required by OSM, has been issued. For non-Federal mines, one copy ~f <br />the revision in final form must be sent certified mail to OSM at Suite 1200, 505 <br />Marquette Avenue N41, Albuquerque, New Mexico BIICZ.
