<br /> <br />15. Ken McIntosh (McIntosh Farms) added that if Alternative 3 were chosen, he wouldn't be <br />impacted. However, he is pleased with the chosen realignment for Bull Seep and he felt <br />that the Drop on the Slough was important to bring the channel bottom back up to its <br />original level. <br />16. Bryan mentioned that there should not be an administrative delay with the Bull Seep <br />relocation portion of the project since the attorney for the DMG stated that the corrective <br />action serves as an amendment. <br />l7. Scott Franklin requested 8t/z" by l 1" copies of the current grading plan: from ICON, -to <br />begin his ,and other agencies, review process as soon as possible. <br />18. Floodplain Development Permit Applications will need to be submitted to both <br />Commerce City and Adams County, since the project encompasses both jurisdictions. <br />19.
