Lochh,ad <br />E tee W ne Dne~ io, <br />n~irharl d Lunp <br />Diviswn Dneao~ <br />The Division has scheduled an Informal Conference, pursuant to the requirements of Rule 1.4.6, since <br />the Division received timely written objections to the Snowstorm Placer amendment application in <br />accordance with Rule 1.7. <br />The conference will give you the opportunity to voice your complaints, concerns and objections <br />regarding [he amendment application submitted by Snowstorm Sand & Gravel LLC in June, 1998. <br />Mr. Carl Ivlount, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist, will chair the hearing. Mr. Mount will <br />determine which complaints, concerns or objections are under the jurisdiction of this agency. Mr. Mount <br />will provide you with the names of other agencies that regulate those items that do not come under the <br />purview of this agency. <br />If all the problems are resolved at this hearing, and the objections are withdrawn, apre-hearing <br />conference, and Board hearing, will not be scheduled. However, if there are outstanding issues that can <br />not be resolved, apre-hearing conference and Board hearing will be scheduled in the future. <br />The Conference is scheduled for 10:00 ,4M, September 15, 1998 at the Colorado State University <br />Cooperative Extension building at 880 Bogue street (County Fairgrounds), Fairplay, Colorado.
