PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Everist Materials, LLC, whose address is P.O. Box 1150, Silverthorne, CO <br />80498, and whose phone number is 970-468-2521, has filed an application to <br />convert an existing Construction Materials Limited Impact (11.0) Reclamation <br />Permit to a Regular (112) Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine <br />is known as the Everist Materials, Mascot Placer Operation, and is located at or <br />near Section 24, Township 6 South, Range 77 West, 6th Principal Meridian. <br />The 110 operation has been ongoing since 1998. However, the proposed date of <br />commencement of this regular operation is June 2004, and the proposed date of <br />completion is October 2015. The proposed future use of the land is Wildlife <br />Habitat. Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from <br />the Division of Minerals ahd Geology, 1313 Sherman St., Room 215, Denver, CO <br />80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Summit County Clerk and Recorder's office, <br />208 Lincoln Avenue, Breckenridge, Colorado, or.the above-named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on May 13, 2004. <br />L.F.
