Permit # C-81-071 expires December 15, 1996, <br />thus the midpoint of the permit term is June 15, 1994. <br />Recently, there have been efforts by the Division to clarify and <br />organize information presented in the permit. These efforts were <br />initiated at permit renewal and to the best of our knowledge are <br />still ongoing. Specifically, the main focus was on organizing the <br />permit pages into a logical, readable document by incorporating the <br />permit pages from the first renewal into the permit document. <br />Also, a map update plan was proposed by CYCC in a January 7, 1993 <br />correspondence associated with permit renewal RN-02. Some of the <br />proposed map changes have been made; however, many have not. <br />Therefore, the Division proposes the following plan to conduct the <br />mid-term review. <br />f{N- D I <br />1. CYCC should submit the permit pages or sections which <br />incorporate the pages from permit renewal BDi~o"2 into a single <br />permit document. Since this is an effort already underway, we are <br />requesting this information be submitted within 45 days. <br />2. CYCC should also present plans to complete the remainder of <br />the map update plan. Since the Division has done a preliminary <br />review of this plan and the existing permit maps, we would like the <br />opportunity to comment on the plan prior to its completion as <br />previously proposed.
