All fuels, <br />including permanent/stationary and temporary/portable refueling, and fuel transfer points will <br />conform with 40 CFR Part 112. This plan is available to the Division upon request. <br />Part III -Waste handler and facility where the waste will be disposed of; including disposal <br />facility name, address, and telephone number. <br />Solid waste that cannot be recycled will be disposed of at one of the landfill locations identified <br />under Exhibit A -Colorado Solid Waste Facilities. Recyclable materials will processed on-site <br />or at one of our other mine locations. Inert waste that is not recycled will be used as fill at our <br />approved facilities. All solid and liquid wastes designated for landfills will be temporarily stored <br />in the shop, sheds, or leakproof containers with lids. <br />All staffed aze trained in the safe handling and appropriate disposal of solid and hazardous <br />waste under our MSHA Part 46 Safety Program. Varna Companies, Inc. - Director of Health &t <br />Safety will oversee this activity. <br />
