In accordance with Rule 2.08.6(6), the thirty (30) day <br />public comment period for the Division's decision begins on this date. Notice of the proposed decision <br />will be published in the The Daily Sentinel as soon as possible. <br />One stipulation is enclosed in rider attached to the proposed decision. An authorized representative <br />must sign and return one rider to the Division.
