PUBLIC NOTICE
Cyprus Empire Corporation (CEC), P.O. Box 68, Craig, Colorado,
81626-0068, telephone number [phone], has filed with the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division an application for a
technical revision (TR) to Permit No. C-044-81. The proposed TR
addresses designs for culverts and ditches.
The mine area is located approximately 6 - 7 miles south of
Craig, Colorado. The mine field offices can be reached by taking
State Highway 13 to the Colorado Mine Road exit, with the offices
located west of the highway and Williams Fork River. The affected
areas are located within the following described lands:
Section 30, 31, 32, T6N R91W and Section 6 T5N R91W
of the 6th P.M. Moffat County, Colorado
This area is located on the U.S. G. S. Round Bottom and Caster
Gulch, Colorado Quadrangles. A copy of the application is
available for public inspection at the Moffat County Courthouse,
221 W. Victory Way, Craig, Colorado.
