The Qe flow (old criteria) reaching the existing facility Is 2..5 <br /> CFS (HR-6) and 6.2 CFS Subbasln I-la and I-]b for a total of 33.. CFS. / <br /> The maximum capacity of the exlsting 24" culvert is 25 CFS. 'fhe <br />' upgraded system required to handle this flow using the available HR [~ of <br /> 2.0 would be an equivalent 30" CSP at a 1"G minimum grade wir,h the <br />t current entrance condition. <br />1 <br /> <br />
