We took the 1
hauling gravel from the Sims pit
027857-APP State of Utah.
international dump truck.

March 18, 1992
William & Kathryn Barnard
P.O. Box 179
Rangely. CO. 81648
requested from me last
Sims gravel pit. Gravel
pit last week and it is
icense plate no. of a dump
on March 17. The license
This license was on a
week
being
truck
no. is
green
This is no business of ours, except that the M Sims gravel
pit is detrimental to our ranching operation. The Sims have been
very uncooperative with us as they obviously are with you. So,
we would like to see the pit moved out to Colo.139 where it's
operation would not interfer with our cattle operation. But, we
do not want to get into inforcing your regulations for you. This
1ei:ter is to inform you that it is basically business as usual at
thc~ M Sims gravel pit since your 30 day suspension. Again, we
protest extension of the M Sims gravel pit permit.
Respectfully,
William Kathryn Barnard
~~CE~~~-.~.
LIAR 2 0 199
4o~i,~ined Lana
~~~nn n:.
