ExT. 3003 <br />December 17, 1986 <br />Mr. Lloyd Barnhart <br />212 West 13th Street <br />Pueblo, Colorado 81003 <br />Re: SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO. 609 <br />Cortner Feed Lot, Inc. <br />Dear Mr. Barnhart: <br />Please be advised that the Pueblo County Planning Commission, at <br />its regular meeting held on December 16, 1986, voted to approve <br />Special Use Permit No. 609 with the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall provide the Department of <br />Planning and Development with a copy of a Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board 110 permit application within 30 days <br />of submitting it. The applicant shall also provide <br />the Department of Planning and Development with a copy <br />of any future MLRB applications, permits, or amendments <br />pertaining to Special Use Permit No. 609, within 30 days <br />- of their submittal to or approval by MLRB. <br />2. The applicant shall obtain all other appropriate local, <br />State, or Federal permits (e.g., air quality and <br />= building), providing the Department of Planning and <br />Development with a copy of said permits within 30 days <br />of their issuance. <br />3, The applicant shall conduct the gravel operation in such <br />a manner as to not damage the Bessemer Ditch or the <br />natural gas transmission line. With respect to the <br />gas transmission line, the extraction shall be done in <br />accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in <br />the letter from the Colorado Interstate Gas Company <br />to Pueblo County, dated December 16, 1986, and entered <br />into the record at the Commission's hearing as <br />"Applicant's Exhibit 2, SUIT g6U9." <br />
