COLORADO 81003~29iT 13031 543-3550, ExT. 3003 December 30, 1986 Mr. Lloyd Barnhart 212 West 13th Street Pueblo, Colorado 81003 Re: SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO. 609 Cortner Feed Lot, Inc. -- CORRECTION Dear Mr. Barnhart: As noted in my December 17, 1986 letter, the Pueblo County Planning Commission, at its regular meeting held on December 16, 1986, voted to approve Special Use Permit No. 609. The following are conditions of that approval. (Please note that the wording of Condition No. 4 has been changed): 1. The applicant shall provide the Department of Planning and Development with a copy of a Mirred Land Reclamation Board 110 permit application within 30 days of submitting it: The applicant shall also provide the Department of Planning and Development with a copy of any future MLRB applications, permits, or amendments pertaining to Special Use Permit No. 609, within 30 days of their submittal to or approval by MLR$. 2. The applicant shall obtain all other appropriate local, State, or Federal permits (e.g., air quality a,id building), providing the Department. of Planning and Development with a copy of said permits within 30 days of their issuance. 3. The applicant shall conduct the gravel operation in such a man,zer as to not damage the Bessemer Ditch or the natural gas transmission line., With respect to the gas transmission line, the extraction shall be done in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the letter from the Colorado Interstate Gas Company to Pueblo County, dated December 16, 1986, and entered into the record ai: the Commission's hearing as "Applicant's Exhibit 2, SUP X609."
