Description of Operation and Reclamation -- Additional sheets may be attached <br />(Exhibits B 6 E-MLR) . <br />This is a typical upland deposit with limited topsoil'and a gravel body of 8' <br />15' in depth. Topsoil will be stockpiled for replacement in reclamation. A, . <br />front end loader will be used'to extract the material and feed the on-site <br />crusher. Processed material will be loaded on trucks and. transported to job sites. <br />With a projected 25 year mine life, obviously, the entire area will not be <br />opened at once. Surface area disturbance will be held to aminimum and reclamation <br />will follow as'is practical with operations. The pit floor will be left level <br />with a slight pitch to the west for positive drainage. Any backsloping will <br />be at 3H: 1V or less. SCS recommendations will be followed.
